The food quality is very good :). I really loved the masala tea. Rooms were very clean.. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Laundry was done perfectly. Overall I had a great experience. The staff is also approachable and professional… thank you: ) I just want to share a feedback that as a crew we get very much exhausted after operating 3 or 4 sectors and when we come to the hotel we just want to eat and sleep. When I called the in room dining there were very few options, that too burger and sandwich which mostly we don’t prefer to eat before going to sleep please add daal chawal, biryani and some other food items at such times also. Thank you so much.

Really bad experience. It's the worst novotel I ever saw. AC not working in reception sitting area. Room shady, with mosquitoes. Dirty spots on bedsheet, they changed it on our request. fridge was not working, thankfully it was changed. We wasted so much time on fixing everything. Unbelievable, such cost cutting is degrading your novotel brand.

Location is good, but so little outdoor spaces. The room was clean with sufficient space. But the corridor reeked of cigarette smell. There were some guests going in and out of their rooms repeatedly till 2 am in the morning with loud thuds on the door!

A great experience through out my stay ..a very prime location of this hotel makes it beautiful with good view ..a very comfortable room with all set of amenities well cleaned and maintained.. staffs are very gentle and great warm gesture towards me.housekeeping team was also excellent and did a great job through out my stay all maintained my room neat and clean with good fragrance also thanks to MR rawat a very polite and gentlemen whom met first time. .. thanks to service guys I not able remember his name was truly a outstanding person.. rest of team I forgot their name but a great thanks to each one of you to make my stay comfortable and memorable..
