Good Hotel for exploring Nha Trang

This was my first time in Nha Trang, and I was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, which is perfect for exploring the local atmosphere. I took the bus from Cam Ranh and asked the driver to stop near the Novotel — it's a great landmark, especially if you're in the city for the first time, as the bus route passes by it, and the driver knows exactly where to stop. The hotel is also not far from the beach, which is another advantage. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I received an upgrade, and the room was not only clean but also had a great view. The service was top-notch with no complaints. There were a couple of minor issues with my booking, but they were quickly and professionally resolved by the staff at the front desk. Nothing serious, things like that happen. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of Asian cuisine, and the staff constantly ensured cleanliness and replenished the dishes in a timely manner. The room was bright and cozy. In the evenings, it was comfortable to sit at the desk with my computer, which isn’t always the case in other Ibis hotels. The air conditioning worked perfectly, without strong airflows, maintaining a comfortable temperature, making my stay even more enjoyable. Although I'm not a fan of waking up early, this hotel creates all the conditions to live in a rhythm with early mornings. With a great view, the possibility of a morning swim in the sea, and the overall vibe of Nha Trang, where the city wakes up early, it's easy to get into the rhythm and start the day actively. Overall, the hotel left an excellent impression, and I would gladly return here next time.

Low quality management and very limited services

The room was ok but the restaurant was poorly prepared with lots of empty food trays when i called at around 8:30 am and the coffee was cold (Vietnamese coffee) no fresh milk, just condensed milk. Everything was cold and messy Then, i went down at the bar to order a latte then the staff said the machine was broken. They did not even fix it after my 3 night stay there! A big disappointment.

The staff have no idea how to use welcome drink vouchee and reception staff kept us waiting to confirm the room when we check out .if other ibis they came to us and informed.this time i have to approach to them

Honestly the property, location and staff have great potential- if ever a great leader would take on the challenge. Hotel misses cleanliness at all fronts, quality in food, plus a positive and motivated staff that would let guests feel comfortable and welcome.

Everything was okay. However, there are some things to mantion. In room 907 there is some washed mold on the ceiling next to the AC and room had damp smell at first. I think it wasn't used for some time but still, it would have been better to air it because the first experience was kinda ruined. Also, the breakfast was kinda tasteless.
