We visited this amazing hotel…. And what customer service 🫶…. Amazing staff ‘Trinh’ was so wonderful and helpful …. Great view of the sunset 🌅 good music and wonderful staff…. Peanuts 🥜 snacks are most appreciated 🥂…. Shez Jen and Jods .. we will be back ….

We had a good experience overall. The hotel has a great location (~ 10 min walk along the river to town) and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had booked a river view room, which was beautiful. Only negative is that the walls were quite thin so we could hear our rowdy neighbors at night and some cars honking on the street through the balcony doors, but it wasn’t too bad overall.

(1)507房廁所有臭味 及掉了汽水罐,因這罐是有越南的地標,很少地方有得買,我是洗淨後放在房內的, (2)503房執房時收把我的燈色耳塞掉了

每次入住集團酒店，最喜歡的是迎賓飲品；大部分餐廳可用及服務一流，最值得一讚的是，服務台職員非常專業及解決我們所有疑難！ 房間非常靚又大，歐陸式風格，露台面向河景，非常寧靜亦很方便，步行10多分鐘便到達非常熱鬧的古城。
