I have stayed at the Royal Hoi An MGallery 3 separate nights this month and each time has been amazing. The staff remember my name and welcome me back. The rooms are meticulously presented and the facilities are superb. The hotel has international standards perfectly blended with local culture and friendly yet professional service. A must stay when in Hoi An for sure.

It was a memorable stay At HotelRoyal Hoi An MGallery. My wife and I plan to go to Phu Quoc, but we have finally moved directions to Hoi An. And we decided to stay at Hotel Royal Hoi An Mgallery which is the right choice Warmly welcome by the staff. Primarily, we always have an excellent care question: How was your sleeping and your day? They are so friendly and provide exceptional services. My wife has a few fevers, so she was deeply cared for with a special ginger tea at breakfast time. Much appreciated, and I definitely will be back soon!!! KimKim

I love Hotel Royal Hoi An, the first impression was given by all front desk staff with warm welcome feelings. I enjoyed 3 nights there with a lot of support and guide from FB Attendant, Guest Experience, they offered me useful tips. Breakfast and coffee were so amazing that I haven't been before. I will definitely be back next year.

If I could give 1/2 stars, I would only give 2 1/2. There were only a select few staff members that were warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. The other staff never had smiles, and I always felt like a burden when I needed something. The room had everything we needed. However, it smelt like sewerage every time we walked in, and by the last day, our toilet was blocked. The room cleaning staff made sure our room was cleaned every day and did a wonderful job. They absolutely need to hire more life guards. One life gaurd between a rooftop pool and ground floor pool was not enough, considering I had to jump in and save someone from drowning. The best thing about this place was the four cheese pizza.
