Second time staying in Mercure Singapore on Stevens. Good facilities. Gym is good. Pool area is good. The whole stay was good. Many thanks to Cai Ting for keeping high standards. Breakfast is okay. Nearby Italian restaurant serves great food.

The hotel is conveniently located with complete facilities. It is just that the lobby is a bit messy because it receives tour groups. The first impression is that it is clean and beautiful. Bottled drinking water is not provided in the house. The tap water is purified and can be drunk directly. This is very environmentally conscious. The room is very quiet and warm. It is worth mentioning that Miss Cai Ting has a very good service attitude. She always takes care of my needs and is very attentive. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. I fell asleep quickly because I always suffer from insomnia, so this is very important. It is worth recommending 👍

This was our first stay at Mercure Singapore on Stevens from 20th October to 3rd November 2024, and it turned out to be a mix of challenges and outstanding service. Initially, we were a bit disappointed as the promised pool-view room had no pool view and the air conditioning was noisy. However, upon raising our concerns, the issue was promptly addressed by Duty Manager Nigel, whose professionalism and care made all the difference. Nigel moved us to a quiet room with a proper pool view, ensuring my wife, who underwent three surgeries during our stay, had the peaceful environment she needed to rest and recover. He consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and safe, which we deeply appreciated. Even though we are still traveling, my wife insisted that we share our heartfelt thanks to DM Nigel and his team for making our stay so much better. We’re looking forward to returning to Mercure Singapore on Stevens from 12th December 2024 to 27th January 2025. Kudos to the team, and see you again soon!
