The whole hotel bas a very nice ambience with lots of greenery. Club lounge is really nice and we were attended to by Sabrina and a senior gentleman (don't know his name). They were both very wawm,friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcomed.

The location was perfect relative to our conference which was at the Four Seasons. The room was tiny. The food at breakfast was fully priced and very average. The service was excellent! Not great value for money.

We were warmly greeted by Ms. Deepika at the front desk, and it was truly our honour to be served by her. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made our check-in experience unforgettable. The room given was clean and aesthetically comfortable.
