Dirty room, lack in maintenance, poor customer service from reception staff

Dirty bathroom (housekeeping really needs to lift up their standards), blocked sink, nobody answers the phone when you call guest service, the guy in charge of the reception is grumpy and not very keen to help. Food is good, staff at the cafe (foyer) is friendly, shuttle bus is good.

i think there is water dropping from the air conditioner to the ceiling and cause noise over the light. no physical water drop out but it drop to the ceiling and create noise which make me hard to slee

I love the staff is so helpful. I can check in earlier than the real time while I'm bringing my baby. When my payment have a problem before check in, the staff ask us to check in first and settle the payment when we're in the room. Hope can come here again next time.
