One night between domestic and international flights. Easy walk from Domestic airport. Room very comfortable great experience with bar and room service.

Money was taken out of our Visa account for no reason despite being guaranteed that this would not happen. Also when it was raining that night water running down a downpipe near the head of our bed made it very difficult to sleep

Would have liked info on options to get to airport for early morning. We booked a taxi but were not advised of shuttle service was available and was cheaper option. Please ensure executive lounge all working for overnight I was unable to get a coffee because machine was taken apart for maintenance and not reassembled.

As a traveller, it was challenging to find info about the airport shuttles - to and from the different terminals. Website stated that shuttles were available but arriving at Domestic terminal, could not find any info - BUT a helpful person at the Con-X-Ion bus station told me how to get to the hotel with my luggage. At the hotel, staff were great and there were no delays or issues in arranging transportation to the International terminal when I left.
