Smooth check-in, clean rooms, and a luxurious experience overall. Room 710 was well maintained by Urmila. I really loved the Apron restaurant and the breakfast— the coffee was great too. Amazing customer service throughout. Taeyah at the restaurant is a great asset to the hotel. She is customer-centric, friendly, and more than willing to assist guests. This made my day fabulous. I will return. Thank you.

We stayed 2 separate nights (1 night for each international return flight into Brisbane) as we could not get direct flights to and from our overseas locations. Each time to rooms were clean, tidy, the service from staff was excellent, and the restaurant food was superb. Definitely our place to stay when doing overnight transfers to international flights. Highly recommended

Only thing I didn't like was the bathroom being open. Also need hand rail in shower.
