Stayed here the night before our flight out of Brisbane. We had my husbands service dog Hoover with us. He was greeted warmly by the staff. The room was lovely and just what we needed. Ordered room service which was very quick and lovely. Shower pressure was great. Check out was quick and easy. Can definitely understand why they have gotten so many awards over the past couple of years.
