Very small room

We had a sweet room. It was very clean. It got very hot in there because no sir conditioning. Our room was quite noisy near the lift. Bar area ok very busy. Very near the airport not far to walk. Price was ok £85 for the night. We did not eat here so can't comment on the food.

Used IBIS hotel to book 3 rooms, Spoken on the phone to Amie to explain the situation and she was very helpful, as we needed to park a car transport which will be taking a few parking spaces. Rooms were very clean and they served good very late too, great Breakfast buffet style with plenty selection

Best staff ever - from reception to restaurant l. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good, reasonably priced dinner menu. Good food and a bright comfortable room. Great place to stay for B’ham airport.

Annie in reception greeted us initially, very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. She gave us a room that fitted our needs as a family with a wheelchair and a dog! Restaurant were more than happy to accommodate my daughters needs eating in the room as well as she’d already got out of her wheelchair. All around a very pleasant stay with very friendly staff. Room had everything we needed and perfect for a quick stop over if using the airport or NEC.
