Rooms are clean and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful, especially Victor or Vitor, who was a lovely young man to deal with. Restaurant was a bit slow and chaotic in the evenings but the food was very nice. Breakfast was self serve good food and hot 👍🏻

I stay here because I can walk to the CHEP plant. If I had another option I would take it. The beds are some of the worst even including budget hotels. Hard and thin. It is *always* hot. Windows open in November. In positive things to say, the breakfast spread is decent, as is the coffee from the machine.

I stayed for 1 night at the hotel while attending a trade show at the NEC. Check-in and arrangement for car parking was efficient and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great for my business event and easy to access by car. The breakfast and restaurant facilities were good.

The hotel is in a good location for the NEC, staff were friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. Room was not made up for the number of guests I had booked, the request for twin beds had been ignored and even after requesting it be changed we were not given enough towels, bedding or cups. The sofa bed is the most uncomfortable I have ever had so beware of booking a room more than 2.

Awful stay. Communal areas literally looked like a bomb site, filthy stains on my carpet, bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Good luck using the bike rack, it’s being used as a skip. On my last night they had the audacity to charge £300 a night for all this. I will not be using ibis styles again.

Dear Daydream Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel and submit the photos of your stay. The communal areas you have highlighted are the stairwells being used to move fixtures and fittings from the bedrooms as we continue our refurbishment of the hotel. The bike rack (not the hotels) did have rubbish there whilst the contractors removed debris. The hotel only asked for the room rate that you had booked which was not £300. We are sorry you left disappointed and won't return to see the newly refurbished hotel that is coming. Yours sincerely Ibis Styles NEC
