Really enjoyed the service. Marcus and chef Jo were exceptional! The BLT and fries were fantastic. I would highly recommend the Novatel restaurant on STEVENS in Singapore. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, especially with the background music.

We have had a few events at the venue now. We have had smaller meetings take place in rooms that have beautiful natural light and greenery outside. We have also held a larger theatre style event. Both have worked really well at the venue. Firstly, comms both beforehand and on the day have been both efficient and helpful. Thank you Wei Ling, Yvonne and Jasmin). The food has always been good, no criticisms at all. Lastly, it is just a beautiful space that feels good to be in. Thank you everyone 🙏🏻

I would like to Acknowledge Alley at the bar. I explained I had a bad experience with the food in another Resturant. I had this Red wine Pinotage from South Africa she opened it for me really offering a few small bites to go with it. Bussiness for the hotel loved her ability to see my disappointment and welcome me.

The conference facilities were top notch and the staff very friendly, shout out to asarun who made sure we were well taken care of! I would however appreciate if next time guests are provided a buffet option to give them variety on their preferences
