You can tell even before arrival, they are professionals. I work for travel agency and I travel A LOT. We had a group using 17 villas and PVD& the team are exceptional and helpful even after check-out. I will come back to PVD for my family trip!!

Very nice and well maintained property. Very clean, and breakfast has a lot of varieties.I just felt that the staff is not very well informed , like every time I ask them a question about what to do or activities they have no idea about any of that, plus a lot of the staff don’t speak English well.

풀빌라는 전반적으로 깔끔한편이였고 리조트 조경이 굉장히 잘되어있어서 마음에 들었습니다. 개인풀도 깨끗해서 잘 놀았어요. 가족여행으로 적합한 숙소였습니다. 매니저 릴리와 메신저로 의사소통이 가능해서 편하게 숙소를 이용할 수 있었습니다.
