We had a great experience at the Pullman Sydney Airport. Although we arrived before the official check-in time and our room wasn’t ready, the staff kindly offered us the same room type on a different floor. While we decided to wait for our allocated room it was an impressive gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. A special mention goes to the bartender, who was incredibly personable and made us feel very welcome. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a great bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Thank you to Bintang on reception and Eric at the bar for such a warm and welcoming greeting and service! Bintang was so kind and friendly and instantly made me feel like a VIP when I am only a gold member on a short overnight visit. Eric was so cheerful and kind and despite having a minor incident with a dodgy shelf he took it in his stride, smiled and maintained his professional but welcoming service. The glass of bubbly was a delight although finding seating space was a challenge, a good sign for a Tuesday night! I had a very stressful day and arrived expecting a nice hotel but was blown away with the impeccable service and luxury awaiting my brief stay. Upgraded to a room on the 11th floor I was spoiled with an immaculate room, fluffy robes, fluffy soft towels and the comfiest bed and pillows I have had in years! After a very welcome shower I slept so well, no noise disturbance from other rooms, the road nor flights! This hotel is too good to be an airport hotel, will happily stay here again with easy access to Mascot station for city trips as well as nearby cafes and shops. Thank you again team.

Mostly all was great, 1 minor issue if you could call it that, there was only 2 towels for four people. Once front desk notified, 2 additional towels were delivered within 10mins.
