First impressions were not great after trying to call them on arrival at the airport to organise a shuttle pick up (as advised on their website), it rang for a very long time with no answer. It was night time, raining and travelling alone as a women so I had to pay for a $20 taxi to get there. Then at the check in desk there was no greeting, just an abrupt “name?” Going up to my room it was disappointing to see how dated, poorly maintained and dirty the room was. We regularly stay at the Pullman in Adelaide and it’s always a great experience so I was expecting the same at this Pullman.

I had a fabulous stay at Pullman Sydney Airport! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the entire experience truly outstanding. The level of service was exceptional, and I am very grateful for the team’s warmth and professionalism. Every detail was taken care of, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the amazing staff for making this such a memorable experience—I will definitely be returning!
