Exceptional service ~ really enjoyable stay. The resort is lovely, decorated beautifully with lights and lots of interesting things. The gardens are tropical and the resort feels very Singapore. Breakfast was fantastic with huge variety, room service fast efficient and great food. Kewzeen was really good, chicken rice was fantastic. Cliff was excellent and the drinks area that serves high tea really lovely. The accommodation is showing its age in places but the Team work tirelessly to keep everything feeling fresh, clean and perfect. The main resort areas are really lovely. Up to date and give a feeling you are somewhere special. We saw peacocks, a few monkeys in the distance & generally enjoyed the lush feeling around the resort. The pool is huge.. really big. Shallow areas in parts which is great of the kids and really deep in other parts with a beautiful waterfall and gardens. Location is easy, free shuttle to the main Sentosa attractions but we spent most of our time on the resort. We’ve had a really, thoroughly enjoyable stay here. We would go out of our way to come back and highly recommend. The resort is really lovely but the Team and all their work to service the room, customer service at the restaurants, the team servicing the pool area drinks etc.. the welcome Team/s in the lobby made our stay incredible. We hope our feedback is passed onto management because there are a lot of people here that work really hard and we appreciate the efforts. Thank you 🙏🏻 Perfect place for families or adults as the layout, size of the resort and facilities means this resort can cater to a wide range of guests without overlapping or compromising the experience. Thank you so much Sofitel Sentosa ~ we loved our time here! I’d love to thank each member by name but there is too many. Sam and the lobby team, the man and lady working in the pool area serving drinks, the breakfast team, the cliff team, the housekeeping team, the team in the drinks area.. I feel sad I can’t mention each person individually but the service was excellent.

The family suite room is very comfortable, the pool is excellent - very deep and large enough for length swimming and to get busy without feeling like you are on top of others, and the buffet breakfast is really great with lots of options. Hotel service is very good and the location is good to explore Sentosa, with a free shuttle that is very helpful.

Staff at Breakfast buffet eg Penny and Ruby are friendly polite and attentive, making the breakfast experience a happy and relaxing one. Good spread at breakfast buffet. Immaculate and hospitable service standards as always. Quiet stay for couples.

Sofitel Sentosa have the passion when it comes to guest and servuce, 1st During my Check in the front office team Jayden and Princess assist me during the process and answer all my enquiries about the hotel amenities and with my other questions accordingly and doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. Because i been in other hotels and i can say that other hotels have those vide like your not important and we won't entertain you. But Front office team in Sentosa didn't make me feel that way so thank you to both of you for assisting me and my whole family and for the welcome amenities it's very nice my whole family like it. 2nd the Housekeeping team we have 3 rooms and housekeeping did a great job on the rooms, rooms are veey clean and tidy the smell of the room is very nice. I did meet one of the Housekeeping manager if im not wrong Chiah is her name i thibk, she saw and meet my nephews and ask how's our stay. Awe went out for dinner and all of the sudden Chiah and housekeeping team surprise my neice and nephews on cute little stuuftoys peacocks sitting on top of the duvet that we requested. Especially my niece she even bring the small stuff toys peacock during her bathtub hahha. housekeeping make our stay more unforgettable by this kind gestures thank you si much! Kudos tot he whole Sofitel sentosa team!! Thank you si much!
