It was great that I could spend time with my dog in a reasonable price!! I really enjoyed the facility here, and it was at the popular area, Yongsan. They gave a very nice welcoming gift for my dog, which I loved for sure!! I hope many people come to experience the time with family and your friends

The rooms are huge and beautiful. Has a lot of amenities, and an in-house restaurant. I most loved the view, especially at night where I can see the city lights clearly. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Assisted us with our concerns and inquires. It also helped that the hotel is near the subway, so going to places was less of a hassle and we don't need to worry about walking far.

Perfect for travellers. Close to the station so it was easy to get our schedule going as soon as we wake up. The views are amazing. Very comfortable and uber luxerious rooms. Service was great, super helpful and incredibly attentive. Coming back next trip.

Nice furnished apt & modern entertainment facilities + fantastic spa access

Check in: first class check in, every staff member has their own desk The rooms: First class furnished apartment hotel in Dragon City area/Yongsun. If my studio apartment was for sale, it would be extremely expensive. Great kitchen (comes with dish soap and sponge) and 5 star hotel like shower. Good closet space. Good quality countertop and air controls were easy and Modern. Spa: free access to an amazing spa! The sauna and steam room I believe was ginseng infused and like other furnished apt communities in korea, it had a hot pool & an ice cold pool. Gym: everything you want is there, gym clothes provided in each locker room. Pool: pool is modern and nice Massage chairs: 2 body friends - zero gravity chairs tucked in the sitting room was Everything Entertainment facilities: the bars and clubs were pretty big at the hotel and upscale. The casino Nextdoor is "so-so" - i wouldn't recommend - no poker room The best part was the modern furnished apt aspect for-me + an amazing spa

Disappointing Experience with Doorman Service

My overall stay at Grand Mercure Hotel was satisfactory, but I had an unfortunate experience with the doorman service. The doorman was somewhat unfriendly and did not provide the level of hospitality I expected. Additionally, a taxi I had reserved in advance was mistakenly sent away by the doorman, causing disruptions to my schedule. This lack of attention to detail was inconvenient and did not align with the hotel’s reputation and service standards.
