日本語スタッフがいてありがたかったです。 朝食がとてもおいしかった。 ジムやサウナ、プールもとてもよかった。 親子3人で泊まったが、ダブルベット1つだったのでそれは狭かった。

Front desk and concierge are so lovely and kind. They explain very well all you need to know about the hotel and if you don't really know where to go what to visit, they will recommand you some great place that i really appreciate. The view from high floor is so great, i really loved it. Also the breakfast was really good and so yummy. And finally i loved the fitness and swimming pool. I will for sure recommand this hotel! Thank you so much for all~!

The staff provided world-class service from when we arrived to the moment we left. We had some issues getting the right-size room when we booked initially thru Chase Travel but the staff was extremely understanding and helped us resolve the issue. Several times throughout our stay (5nts), we had problems translating and using the equipment within the unit which were quickly addressed with helpful staff coming to explain things to us. Eden was the man and always had a kind, welcoming smile whatever/whenever these foreigners needed help.

Sally, who checked me in was awesome. She made the experience after a long flight very easy and enjoyable . The hotel is very close to everything and there are good options to eat anif working in the convention space, it's very close .making this review 20O characters was the worst part
