Fantastic Hotel Experience!

This is the finest hotel experience I have had after visiting between 30 to 40 nations around the world. Their 2 bedroom suite was not only spacious at an impressive 1100 square feet, but also tastefully decorated. The staff were all fantastic. Joel went above and beyond and was so caring and concerned watching after my 91 year old father-in-law. He efficiently brought taxi cabs to our hotel in a very quick manner. He was always kind, courteous, and pleasant. He is a true and sincere professional.

My wife and I would like to say Grand Mercure Yongsan is the best hotel we have ever stayed! The room was perfect for us and had all the amenities. But mostly I would like to thank Min Jung and Serena K. on their excellent service. Both were very attentive to our needs and showed professionalism in their work. Amazing 2 bedroom suite at Grand Mercure!

We had an amazing stay in the Grand Mercure Ambassador 2 bedroom suite. The room was huge compared to other hotels, had an excellent kitchen and cool interior. We loved the views, all the staff and the entire ambiance of the hotel - a well-deserved 6 out of 5 :-) Best “proof” of how great our stay was is that we are coming back in March again, which was not our initial plan. But we want to come back to as it was the highlight of our trip so far!
