I had a very positive experience at ibis Saigon Airport. The hotel is extremely convenient for travelers because it is located very close to the airport. I have stayed here twice before, about two years ago, and during this recent visit I was happy to see some familiar staff members again. I would like to sincerely thank the Front Office team and the Housekeeping team for their kind and honest service. After my stay, the housekeeping team found my Samsung ring, and the hotel contacted me with a photo and kept it safely until I could collect it. This made me feel that the hotel is reliable, honest, and well managed. Special thanks to Mr. Nhan Nguyen from the Front Office Department and Ms. Giao from Housekeeping for helping find and safely keep my ring. I would also like to thank the male front desk staff member with black-rimmed glasses who assisted me during check-in. Unfortunately, I do not know his name, but he was very kind, professional, and welcoming. His warm attitude made a very good first impression when we arrived. The staff’s helpful service and sincere attitude made my stay comfortable and memorable. Because of the convenient airport location and the trustworthy service from the team, I will be happy to stay at ibis Saigon Airport again whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you again to the entire team.

I chose this hotel because of its convenient proximity to the airport, as I had an early morning flight, and I greatly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service. My room was cosy, well maintained, and very comfortable. The bedding was especially soft, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop swimming pool, which provided a lovely space to relax. Above all, I was extremely impressed by the customer service. The staff were consistently attentive, welcoming, and responsive throughout my stay, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

We booked a day stay to have somewhere to rest and refresh between flights, unfortunately our flight was then delayed so we chose to buy a room for the night even though we only needed it a few extra hours. The room was modern, had great decor, all the little extras like tea, coffee and toiletries. It was also very clean and we appreciated the many tv channels and having lots of English language channels to choose from too. The restaurant was huge and menu choices excellent, food and drinks were good too. The pool and bar area were my favorite, lounging in the infinity pool on the rooftop watching the planes come and go was the best spot. Hardly anyone else was using the pool and the bar area was quite relaxed not rowdy and not too many drinkers or diners there either. I didn’t use the gym but it was big and well equipped. The toilets for the rooftop bar/gym/pool were great with a shower and steam rooms and plenty of towels available. Location is excellent, right next to the airport with a reliable free shuttle available for international flights. There is a multi level mall literally next door which was very quiet but all the shops were open including clothing, bookstore, restaurants, bakery and upmarket grocer.Theres also two convenience stores nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Could not really fault anything during our stay! Much better than any other Ibis I’ve come across in Australia 🫢. I hope I get to stay here again for a full night and would not hesitate recommending it.

If you are staying here, make sure that you have contact details handy so you can easily request a shuttle bus pick up from the airport. It didn't look far so we decided to walk but a fair distance and lots of obstacles and busy roads to get across. Aside, we had a pleasant stay.
