Staff friendly and helpful Rooms are basic but clean. Slightly chilly. Another blanket/ throw and spare pillow would be great!!!! Location is great for work and great parking . Small restaurant and shop there

Does exactly what it says on the tin. I use this hotel as a stop off on the road between Glasgow and London to prevent driving in the dark. Easily off the M6. Staff are lovely snd very friendly and accomodating. I was ill this year and had to delay my stay by a day. The young man who dealt with my call was very kind and efficient and sorted out immediately what I thought might be a lost payment. We got everything requested. The room was spotless and comfortable. Sure I will use again.

Always stay at this location when travelling from Edinburgh to Exeter. Great value and location. Very clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and always helpful. easy parking. I will be back regular stayer every 2-3 months

Arrived at 13:30 and received a warm welcome from the receptionist, she checked that our room was ready which it was and fully explained what was on offer around. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. We had a good nights sleep and it was very quiet even though it was at a motorway services. We would stay here again.

Basic hotel but has everything you need even has tea and coffee ,you pick up at reception.pently of eateries in the service area.Also not far from Manchester airport if you need to pick someone up about twenty minutes drive.

While the beds were made, there were skid marks in the toilet and the toilet was not even flushed. Good thing we came prepared with toilet cleaning wipes - but really should have been cleaned before we arrived. The room itself was clean though.

The room was very clean and had all the basic facilities except tea/coffee making. However, there is a Costa right outside which is fine. It was sparse, almost looks like someone has vacated the place and moved out. It was very clean though and provided what I needed for an overnight stay at a good location. For the price paid it was absolutely fine. Thanks.

Have stayed at Lymm Services several times now and have no negative things to say. Ideal stopover for us travelling south . Rooms are basic but clean, beds are good and extra pillows etc can be obtained from reception if needed. Great value all round

booked 2 twin rooms several wees ago, one for a disabled person with walk in shower, on the day we were to book in received a call from Hassan informing us that all rooms had double beds so therefor a sofa bed was available in one of which was most uncomfortable for the person having to use it (no walk in shower) could not use the bath as it was too high, we were on the ground floor which was very noisy with inconsiderate guests, the receptionist on duty till midnight on the 29th was very loud, any employee with common sense could have asked guests politely to keep the noise down in consideration of others staying there. Have stayed at many Ibis Hotels across country but this has to be the worst.

Staff were very friendly. Didn't expect much from a service station hotel, so new it would be basic. Has shower gel in which also wasn't expecting. However, the room and bathroom was unclean. It looked like it had tried to be cleaned but there were dead insects by the window in the room, the sofa was stained. There were also nasal hair/beard trimmings in the sink. There was also a couple of curly hairs in and around the bathroom which made me feel very uncomfortable. Wouldn't take much more effort to make this an OK, no frills hotels. Wouldn't stay again based on cleanliness.

Very good location, close to the motorway and next to services so has all one needs around. Also discounts for the retail in the area and free parking! Room was big and bed super comfortable. Would book again!

Great stop. Plenty of facilities. Service good. Motorway services are great for travelling - free parking reasonably priced food and choice available with discount offered when using accommodation . Recommended.

For disabled visitors. Doors are manual and quite heavy. inside doors were open. Room 1. Door to room very heavy, had to get assistance from willing and helpful receptionists to open door for me. Threshold into bathroom was fairly high and took some effort to get in. bath with shower over. would need assistance to use it..Good heater soon has you warm, telly, wooden floor huge very comfy bed. Overall you get what you pay for.
