AC didn’t work Room had a distinctive smell Windows were dirty from the inside in a very wired way There was deposits required and there was no information about it beforehand

We made a group booking for 4 roomsand paid in advance. Than later booked one more room and agreed that we will pay on arrival. Check in moment we was told on reception that we do not need to pay, we was told it twice. At the moment of check out, reception lady run follow me, when I was in total rush and late for a very important meeting and told that I need to pay. I answered that I do not have time and ask to send invoice to my email. She refused to do it. They did not opened for me parking and I needed to call 3 times until parking was opened. I late to my business meeting due to very bad service in your Hotell. I need that your employees excuse and I need compensation for my very very very bad experience. I was late for a gery important meeting.

It's okay, the staff is friendly, but the cleaning service is a bit weak.
