If you planning to go Sabah island hopping. Then mercure located 50m (opposite ) to Jesselton Point ferry terminal. The hotel is adjacent (50-100m) to the shopping mall (sabah suria). Hence the location is the best. Condition of the hotel and room is run down (wear and tear) . If you not planning to stay and spend your time in the hotel for the whole day, then the hotel will be fine. *Check in is at 3pm exact time. * Hospitality from all staffs are great. * Hotel lobby is below average (Small and few sofa). * Room is old and run down. * Bed squeaky noise. Toilet is small with average toiletries (no laundry bag). No mineral water bottle given. Only drink tap ( Refill able). * TV channel is to improve. TV signal is bad with few channel. * Breakfast is average. ***Best feature of the hotel, is the pool and the view.

An absolute worst! Was recommended this property in comparison to IBIS Inanam due to its centrality. What a grave mistake! It was in a deplorable condition and staff had no inclination of loyalty matters and service quality standards. Housekeeping walked in on guests using the bathroom! The roof bar on the 22nd level was a joke and welcome drinks, privilege service had to be redeemed with vouchers. What a hassle! Should have stayed at IBIS or the nearby Hyatt Centric. The small rooms are SMALL, if you like to use the toilet, shower and sink inside your bedroom as well as hearing everything that the people in the adjoining rooms are doing then this is the hotel for you. The rooms let down what could be a good hotel. The staff on the other hand are very good.

Excellent location, near whole lot of amenities, lovely staff and nice 1 bedroom apartment at 16th floor with superb views. The rooftop swimming pool has good views also. Staff was kind to pack our breakfast when we left early at 6am for our morning flight. Upon checkin there was a strange sewer smell in out toilet which was promptly fixed by technicians. Right next to Jesselton and Suria Sabah mall. Higher recommended. These lovely guys have a special collection point for Grab food for hotel guest at reception.

今回はダイビング目的でコタキナバルに行きました、 部屋の浄水器もNSF規格で安心でしたし 何よりも屋上のプールが最高で25階の屋上なのに プールと海が繋がってる感じに見え 最高でした また泊まりたいです
