On behalf of the group from Brazil, we would like to thank everyone for the kindness and care shown to all of us, especially our teenagers. Being away from home for so many days, they felt especially welcomed by the "uncles" and "aunties" at the hotel. We would like to give a special thanks to Jo, Ron, Balan, Mona, and Lucy, who proved to be more than just exemplary professionals; they were like family to our children. The receptionists also welcomed us with great attention and respect. To the entire team at Ibis Styles MacPherson, our heartfelt thank you!

Experience was more of staying at those cheap red light district Geylang hotels. There was no option to extend your stay for even an hour long, so if you have to poop or shower, get ready to be spam called and room service constantly knocking on your door. Hotel smells aweful as well. Most people that stayed there are indian tourists.

As we had other arriving guests waiting for room availability, an extension was not possible. This policy is in place to ensure fair allocation of rooms and smooth operations for all guests. Regarding service contact near check-out time, our team followed standard procedures to ensure timely room turnover. Guests who require assistance or clarification at any point may dial 0 or approach our Front Office team at the counter, and we will assist accordingly. too small room size, poor ambience, not much breakfast option, its ok ok, cant recomend
