Rahal &Madhu have been very helpful round the pool bar. Nothing is too much trouble. They are brilliant with the children. We have been coming for a few years now and all the staff are pleasant! We would highly recommend this hotel if you ever come to Dubai!

Stayed there for 9 nights and wasn’t really happy . Rooms are dated, old furniture, hot water ran out after 2 minutes, uncomfortable beds. Beach was very nice but accommodations were not the greatest. Stayed at Atlantis last year and it was absolute amazing. Will not stay at this hotel again. Very bad experience.
