Sofitel Dubai The Palm Luxury Apartments Hotel 5 stars

Great experience - high quality of service, food, facilities; also very nice staff.

It was great

Second visit to the hotel - main reason for returning is the great beach and pool facilities and apartments catered to families. Moana is as always excellent in terms of food - ate there almost every night. Nice breakfast buffet and decent service overall. Only negative I have is the extremely limited menu choices for lunch at Maui - an easy fix in my view given most people eat there for lunch wanting to enjoy the sun and beach.

Staff across the board were welcoming and extremely helpful. Room was nice and spacious. Pools were absolutely fantastic.

The appartment is good, empty mini bar, closed businesscenter, all chairs occupied by tourists towels such that we have had to pay for chairs additionally as platium member, we stayed 5 nights but got rewarded only for 3 nights on the accor account, execute lounge service very slow

Dear sir we enjoy our stay . excellent services the following continue improvement. 1. the status of food at the break fast area . there is no much variety to choose as different nationality using the place. 2. the Beds mattress status to be looked in to. there is no towel hunger found inside the bath room. or out.

Everything was excellent, from the reservations (Diki, Krupa) to the lounge (Tashirah Waqaas) and breakfast too. My only complaint is that the hot water in the room wouldn't last long when filling the bath tub, and at the same price - the rooms of Anantara next door were bigger.

I rarely write any reviews, despite being a platinum member of Accor and Gold for Taj Innercircle and Marriott Bonvoy and a frequent traveller worldwide, but I have to say the service at Sofitel Palm was excellent, the hotel itself was great, excellent location at the palm, and they have taken care of every minute detail when it comes to safety and precaution at the hotel. The pool is great, food is great, breakfast is great. The staff in the lounge is excellent, specially Waqaas who made sure my mother's requirements were taken care of. Even the reservation team (Diki and Krupa) were extremely prompt in replying to all queries. I think the GM has done an excellent job putting the team together. My only complaint is that the apartment geyser wasn't as efficient as cold water would come from the tap when the bathtub was barely 20% full. And at a similar price I did see Anantara next door offering bigger apartment rooms.

Overall a pleasant stay.

Very good experience. The resort is very nice, calm, and well maintained. A pleasure to stay here with spacious room and apartment. Our children’s enjoyed a lot and already asked to return. Little improvement can be done on reception with more eyes contact. And by changing the bed as it was not a MyBed what was surprising for a Sofitel.

Very good experience overall - impressed by the greenery and how well laid out the property was. The apartments are functional and perfect for a family with children. Service levels are exceptional - everyone has a smile on their face and are very keen to help in anyway. Going to be our staycation spot in Dubai for sure!

Nice hotel, nice facilities and friendly staff. Food was overpriced and not of a quality you would expect of a 5 star hotel.
