Останавливались в отеле в декабре 2023 г. Остались позитивные эмоции от пребывания: 1. Удобная мягкая кровать и постельное белье хрустящее, приятное - спалось сладко! 2. Твердая пятерка вкладу в устойчивое развитие - стеклянные кувшины - топ! (+ полезно ходить за водой). Первый раз вижу, очень одобряю. Все напитки в баре-холодильнике в стекле. Кофемашина в номере (номер категории Privilege Room). Все средства для душа стационарные (шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, жидкое мыло, лосьон), отличного качества. Все принадлежности в бумажных пакетиках, ушные палочки из бумаги. 3. Отличный шведский стол (джемы, масло, варенье не в одноразовых упаковках). Отличный кофе, каши, фрукты, красная и белая рыба, отличные кальмары. 4. Стабильный интернет в номерах и лобби. 5. Наличие подземного паркинга. 6. Отличная вентиляция в номере. По температуре было очень комфортно. 7. Вежливый персонал, отличная уборка. Успехов и процветания!

Poor service and very unfriendly staff! I asked for vanity kit and was told by the room service that they are provided only to the deluxe room! Seriously, cotton pads only in the deluxe rooms?! This is not a 2 star hotel, but unfortunately it deserves even 0! Fully disappointed! Never to book it again!

The most annoying were housekeepers who keep reminding me that the cleaning of the rooms is just till 5pm. I couldn’t get the feeling of relax at this hotel on my vacation and eventually had to move to airbnb apartment so no one bother me with their reminders about cleaning my room. The housekeepers are not nice, they don’t smile to you, they don’t talk in nicely tone. The better type of room doesn’t have a bathtub, just a shower. The way the shower floor is designed-has no inclination so all the water stays. The air conditioner is cheap system and barely working. The nightstand doesn’t have drawers so had to keep my staff outside. The breakfast ends terribly early 10:30! Who can make it that early? The wardrobe is small and not enough drawers. I don’t know whom they bribed to get their stars. The reception girls were very nice, especially Юля. Location is noisy

Un hotel dans les classiques des hotels Mercure. Et meme en Russie c'est le standard de chambres. Ce qui change: la nourriture et le petit déjeuner plutôt local et la présence de la salle de fitness qui n'est pas présente dans tous les hotels mercure. Un plus quand il fait -5 dehors! Un regret: j'avais demandé une lunch box pour un départ tôt pour l'aéroport (démande qui a été validée) ainsi qu'une facture prête. Aucune des 2 demandes n'a été assouvie. Malgré tout le staff est super gentil et à l'écoute, l'hôtel est calme et les chambre confortables.

Un très bon hôtel qui vient rehausser le niveau des hôtels de Voronezh. Étant très récent, le design est moderne, au standard des hôtels Mercure refaits. Très bonne insonorisation des chambres et salle de bain très propre. Petit point négatif. J'ai trouvé le confort du lit à revoir. Les draps sont dans une matière qui "crisse". Le matelas pourrait être de meilleure qualité. Bon petit déjeuner.
