I had two adjacent rooms. When my daughter put my granddaughter to bed, she noticed a loud noise coming intermittently from the bathroom. The noise also existed in my bathroom. I informed reception and they wanted to send someone immediately but as my granddaughter was already in bed, we asked that the problem be investigated in the morning. I made a recording on my phone of the noise during the night. No one appeared the following morning, and reception said there was no note about doing so. We were then offered a complimentary drink in the coffee bar. This experience has spoilt what could have been a very pleasant stay in this luxury hotel.

Super clean hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast, so cannot comment. Only negative I have is the bed was very soft and my husband found it uncomfortable. I didn’t mind. We had a double bed, a bit narrow, would prefer king size for comfort.

Lovely rooms and it is well located however I thought the reception ladies were lovely horner the man on the bar and breakfast area was a little rude.

The hotel is moments from the underground. Rooms at the front have great views of Wembley and the surrounding area. Room comfortable and shower powerful. Breakfast provides a wide selection including lots of vegan options - thank you!
