Had a pleasant one night stay. We found the car park entrance and exit a bit of a challenge. Reception maybe could have been a little more helpful

Stayed here mainly because you had an indoor pool. But we weren’t allowed to use it which wasn’t stated on the website. Also one of the kitchen cupboard doors was broken. And a light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling.

Staff are great but building Manager and his parking requirements and dragging people from rooms to move cars 1 foot is overkill. Other guests were upset too!

Very disappointed with the staff, not been able ro use facilities, get told to park in purple bays did and get threatened to have car towed, staff not accomodating, had to park several floors up but no access to elevator to get back to our car, then no access back to our floor after rhe reception cancelled our room card. There was a card with chocolates fir wrong person on table when we arrived and no condiments or adequate milk for an apartment

Online check in. On the day of arrival I checked in luggage early at 1000. I checked in at 1am without hassle. Left at 1000. Smooth process, friendly staff.

Nice room and location. Room a bit dated with age. Lot of scratches on doors and walls. Small stains on carpet. Biggest disappointment was we had booked so we could use pool and spa only to be told it was closed due to Covid-19... looked into frosted glass at pool and there were some people swimming in it?? Go figure - don’t like liars just tell the truth.
