My staying was gorgeous, considering that I was supposed to stay at Ibis Porto Atlântico instead. Well, maybe at least some of the staff members should speak English to provide an even better accomodation.

Ibis Ponrto Atlântico is closed and transfers unnoticeably the host to Novotel

The supposed upgrade to the Novotel was full of inconvenience from the check-in to the check out, particularly the down (almost disrespectful) treatment by the desk clerk, who made ironic comments about the upgrade and made extremely difficult the booking, despite od the reservation. The service at the restaurant was deficient and the quality of the dinner was terrible, with all goods serves with urgent delay and cold, simply unbearable.

good hotel for business trip, great attendants, good bar, poor restaurant and dinner . The food took so long to be served. Good breakfest. nice pool view, it have Gym, sauna and pool. Clean towels. Room always clean every day time.

It was OK. The water in the shower was almost cold three times. Not confortable at all. The garage system is not good as well. Waiting time like 15 minutes to get the car.

The hotel is nice but there was a few things I didn't like. 1. I've never been to a hotel before that didn't have an iron and ironing board in your room. That was extremely inconvenient. 2. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. Only bath towels. I've never experienced that at another hotel as well. 3. The front desk was under staffed. When I send yo check out, had to wait 25 minutes in a long line. 4. The food service wasn't great. I edited my turn in line and as I approached the gentleman behind the counter told me to wait one moment. Another man walks up and he asked,how can I help you? I'm not sure what that was about but it was definitely in appropriate.
