The experience was good because of Vitoria. Excellent customer service always very helpful. The room didn’t have an USB point to charge phones so needs improvement . Luana happily borrowed me her personal charge so I could charge my phone.

Almost all good. I got lost and couldn't find a place for parking, no one were close to the entrance for asking, like a security guard.

The hotel is just great , the bedrooms are large and the breakfast is offered at the Novotel next door . I will always return .

The roon was not the one we have reserved

We reserved a room for four people, but upon arrival, we discovered it was only suitable for three. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer any options for rooms accommodating four guests. Additionally, the location of the hotel is inconvenient. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find out that breakfast was not included in the room cost, especially since the hotel does not offer breakfast services at all.
