Ms. Poly did support me well upon my arrival and assist me on an important trip to meet my colleagues. Was an extremely excellent stay in the hotel. I would definitely come back again with my family for vacation!

We checked into this Hotel 7th March 2023 Firstly, location of this Hotel is perfect. Short walk to Sky Train, with a lovely rooftop pool and area to view the madness of Bangkok from a distance. Every member of staff that we interacted with was very friendly & professional. A huge thank you to the man on reception (sorry cannot remember his name) who was exceptional and enabled us to check-in to our room 4 hours early. We stayed in a suite, giving us the luxury of relaxing in the bath overlooking the pool and skyline of Bangkok. Breakfast was simply delicious & perfectly varied. We thank all the staff, especially the man on reception who is an absolute credit to this lovely Hotel. We would definitely recommend Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20

シャワーの温度が安定しません。タイなのにタイマッサージの用意がありません。部屋に備え付けてあるアイロンで、ズボンに穴が開きました（熱湯が噴射し、そこに穴が開きました）。電話の呼び出し音が小さく、モーニングコールを頼んでも、役に立ちません。大きな荷物を持っていても誰も手伝ってくれません。 等々不満が多いです。

Hotel was honestly flawless!! Rooms were beautiful and the hotel was clean and tidy, stayed for 3 night and had a phenomenal breakfast!! The pool is super nice and the gym is really clean! Really impressed and staff were really attentive. The most amazing view from the pool and from our room it was a really great stay

We had stayed at Novotel Sukhumvit 20 previously and it has always been one of our preferred hotels in Bangkok. This time we once again were in an Executive room on 25th floor - very nice room with huge bathroom with a glass wall through to bedroom (with an electric privacy blind for those who prefer it). This have us access to the Executive lounge and in many ways that was the one great change. On previous visits the executive rooms were entitled to 4 pieces of laundry done by the hotel free but this we found has now been discontinued which is a shame as it really helped after a long flight to freshen clothes. Also the food provided at the lounge was far more simple, and the included no vegan options (on previous occasions the staff went out of their way to ensure that vegan options were provided but not this time !!). Also the spa is no longer available in the hotel which we found a great loss - there is one directly across the road but that is not quite as good as being able to slip up n a dressing gown and catch lift to hotel own spa. Apart from those items the food is diverse and plentiful except once again vegans are not really catered for and even when staff were approached there was no attempt to assist. Still good hotel but not as good as last time and certainly not vegan friendly
