Very quick check-in process. Excellent hospitality, helped by superb Mbak Kiki ❤️ Was lucky enough to get upgraded, even when it’s peak period after Lebaran. Highly recommended. Nice ambience, nice facility, and close approximity to many places!

Thank you for the hospitality esp by Mas Yogi, Mas Nurdin, Mas Jati & Mba Nessa. Staffs providing good service and very helpful. Breakfast was great and interesting, room was spacious and very comfy!! My family was happy staying here. Definitely will coming back soon!

Well located, but service is poor . Self service carry on lugages when check in n check out. Reception not offer help to carry the lugages. Self service on breakfast time, no spoon, no fork, no plate on breakfast. We must asked to the right person (no smile on face, and thank you for 1 person who served as with smile) for the cuttleries, and wait at front employee kitchen door. Peak season, without well preparations. We pay as high season, but not well prepared persons and services We stayed at other hotel before, pay peak season also, with well prepared services.

Most all the service is excellent, the room is comfy, the staff is so friendly, only one thing that a bit less is the hotel loby, since we need to go to 3rd floor for the hotel loby
