I was satisfied with overall experience at hotel. One place that I didnot like was the in room dinning- the food was bad and I got sick because of that food. Adding salt to wound the plates were not cleared from room for 2 days. But in resturant food was good, though it took long time to serve food but as food was good I was able get over it.

We stayed for 3 days during a trip for a friend's birthday, and immediately fell in love with Novotel upon stepping in. The unique and authentically Kenyan decor was so beautiful. The lobby was so exquisite, my wife and I ended hosting a meet and greet with friends, saving us a ton of effort looking for a location. But the rooms.... oh, so nice, well designed, and comfortable. I see us returning here for sure!
