Laxmi your service was great. We enjoyed staying here . It was very comfortable and cozy environment. We had a great quality time with our family. Service made easy for us. Thank you for arranging Jain food for us. The ambience is really great.

Grand Mercure Mysore was an incredible experience - The rooms were comfortable, very nice amenities - My room even had a nook! The window was outset from the wall, creating a perfect little nook. Absolutely wonderful. Also, the breakfasts were exquisite! I strongly recommend the dosas. Also was in a great location within the city, a quick walk to restaurants, and easy to pick up an auto rickshaw to get to the Mysuru Railway Museum.

This was by far the worst hotel that we stayed at during our tour of Southern India tour At check in there were no greetings or smiles,very corporate,Once we settled in we went to find the" bar" this was a tiny dark room with four tables all covered in dirty empty plates,the barman was nowhere to be found,finally located the barman who was on his phone,i asked him if the bar was open as it looked like there had been some kind of emergency and everyone had left in a hurry,he replied that the bar was open and cleaned one table so that we could sit down,We ordered Kingfisher beer and were informed that they did not have any.The barman served us an alternative and then left leaving the remaining tables covered in dirty plates.At breakfast coffee/tea served in paper cups and this from a hotel that calls itself 5 star The only saving grace fro this hotel is the rooftop pool but again no bar to get a soft drink etc Defiantly would not recommend this hotel

Cleaner with good cleaning skill clean every places nicely and with good manner and Kumari services also good cleaning

The stay was fantastic and the hospitality was good ..warm welcome by Lakshmi from the reception made me a positive feeling about the hotel..which was carried out through out my stay..................,,,,,,,,,......................
