Grand Mercure Mysore was an incredible experience - The rooms were comfortable, very nice amenities - My room even had a nook! The window was outset from the wall, creating a perfect little nook. Absolutely wonderful. Also, the breakfasts were exquisite! I strongly recommend the dosas. Also was in a great location within the city, a quick walk to restaurants, and easy to pick up an auto rickshaw to get to the Mysuru Railway Museum.

Deep Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Rooms are small and compact. Not spacious. Lobby space is limited. Food served was sub par. Chicken tikka and any other chicken dishes had bones in it. Nowhere have i seen such cost cutting measure in serving a chicken dish. Pathetic

The Hotel was nice, however the staff were not as helpful and welcoming as previous hotel, the buffet style food was served warm and tables in the restaurant were left with dirty plates. The reception staff were nice but seemed under qualified for the job, there was lots of confusion over my visa and final bill.
