We had a delightful stay at Grand Mercure Mysore. The hotel exudes a welcoming and sophisticated ambiance. The check-in process was efficient, with attentive staff who made us feel at home right away. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.The dining experience was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The restaurant staff were courteous and ensured that we had everything we needed.One of the highlights of the hotel is its rooftop pool, which provides a stunning view of the city and is a great spot to relax and unwind. The fitness center is well-equipped, offering a range of exercise options.The hotel's location is another strong point, situated near many of Mysore's attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing.

Great service provided by the Restaurant team. We had breakfast and dinner at La uppu restaurant , good was delicious and service was extraordinary. Specially thanks for Mr. Prabhat he was special taking care to us and we will come again to the Grand Mercure mysore. Manager Amit was offering some special food from the menu, it was great.

Our experience in Grand Mercure Mysore was just amazing. It was our first time out of Europe and they made us feel embraced and safe, India is such a great country and Mysore can seem chaotic at times, but you will always appreciate a smile or someone asking if you need anything. Sneha, the manager in charge of the buffet and other services, was specially caring and worked super hard to make our stay a memorable one. We will forever thank her, even if it is her job, she is making it greatly.
