This hotel in centre of Madrid is amazing: it has a 24h open restaurant! The food received was very good and there are also large screens following important sports event with many exicted families as fans. The hotel rooms were very nice. Staff was kind and helpful to solve my problems.

Came to the city for Paul McCartney show and the hotel was indeed a great choice (50 meters from Wizink sports hall). Staff was extremely helpful in everything I have asked, instructed us well for taxis and even printed me 2 docs I needed… Room is nice and breakfast is just outstanding. The hotel resides well near Salamanca and Retiro park, but far from the center. O’Donnell station is 5 minutes walk away. Barajas airport is less than 30 minutes away, 33 euros in cost. Great choice of the quiet region of the city when coming to visit !

I am always impressed when the lady at the reception thinks that the first word upon arrival is passport, and not welcome. This is a gigantic hotel and is run industrially. The room is large and clean. But the place lacks soul and someone who cares about the guests. Good thing it is cheap, otherwise we would never rent a room here. Surely perfect for large groups from Asia.

Nice hotel, in business area a little away from tourist areas. Big but efficient. Room very dark and quiet so slept well. They have a system where you have to insert your key into a slot in the room for the electricity to work. I took the key and left and within 5 minutes the lights were out and my wife was locked in the bathroom in darkness!
