The surrounding of the hotel is very perfect. The view from the window is very nice. The room is very clean and quiet as well as big. You can feel very relax here and have the hot spring inside the room. The buffet breakfast and dinner are yummy and have lots of foods to choose. The service is good and staffs are very freindly when meeting. It's a very good place for holidays. I will choose here upon my next visit to Zhengzhou city.

We very much enjoyed our stay. I rated a 9 rather than 10 because the music in the swimming pool and changing rooms was very offensive and loud. Otherwise I would rate a 10.

Everything, except the above mentioned music was excellent. Staff, food, cleanliness, comfort, was excellent. Thank you all so much. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family!!

2 nights stay in the hotel, nice property but many missing things in the room. House cleaning service is absolutely poor & non-professional at all.

Since it is heavy snow on the arrival day, roads are closed in many areas, hotel should call to new gust and see if the new gust needs any assistance to reach hotel or allow to cancel booking (you have to understand that your hotel is far from city, train station and airport)
