First time in the hotel. Here for a rest with my family after raya. Checked in at 5pm, booked 2 room, however only 1 room was ready as i requested for connecting room. But not to wait any longer I just take another rooms instead, but still next to each other. Frontdesk staff politely assisted me accordingly. It was okay checked in experienced. Get a Raya welcome gift which is some traditional kuih. As expected, the rooms is fresh and clean. However the room lay out is not up to my liking, personally. Because of the bathroom exit with no door near facing the bed make me feel like I was sleeping in the bathroom. If the hotel management ever plan to do any renovation in the future, you might want to consider this.

Check in was ok, albeit some delay. My stay include buffet breakfast. I think it was an OK stay considering the price. Not much selection for buffet breakfast as well, but no complains as it was only add on of RM10 for kid above 6. The room I stayed in had a big crack on the TV wall, other than that the stay was OK.

It was a good stay,check in and out was so smooth,the location easy to reach.the room was clean n tidy..i can say it was worth it to stay at the hotel but please improve your bathroom,you need to put on wallpaper or anything to cover up the glass wall/door because nobody wants to see what kind of 'business' have been made inside the toilet,even though the glass has been blurred,however it is not enough.thanks

There is no nearby mall.

In totality, we has a total of 6 rooms booked as my wedding dinner was at IDCC and its the most convenient place to stay and get ready! Can you believe that there was 3 lifts and 1 of it completely off duty and another 2 works as how it wants? U press the button and it goes off after few seconds. End up have to use stairs?! 4 to 6 floors up and down?!

Have stayed at this property a couple of times previously, and much enjoyed it. This time however, the hotel suffered a few issues: burst water pipe, lifts under maintenance, and sadly lack of food supplies at Meraki which are all beyond the hotel's control due to an aging building and supply logistics due to the extended Raya holidays post pandemic. However, when it comes to an aging room where appearance of a damaged door or plastic strips along bathroom doors are still functional and acceptable to ones stay, the question remains did one have a good night's sleep. We didn't because of the traffic noise that seeped through the sealed windows that seems to have loosened up over the years. This is not an issue that needs to be noted and feedback to housekeeping or maintenance, this is an issue of reflection of senior management and perhaps ownership, and their dedication to hospitality. A staycation should be a rewarding experience, not one that manifests in having to write this feedback. Yes, the housekeeper should have realised when he handed over the extra towels, he should have ensured it was without stain or hair from a previous use. We saw him a few times as we walked the corridors to and back from the lifts, he was full-on getting the rooms ready and at good speed. There was not much to say but thank you and I tipped him daily for his efforts. In fact, anyone for that matter who interacted with us. Definitely a lot of superstars in this property. Personal thanks to Mr Daljit who unexpectedly greeted us on arrival and Ms Cecelia who was very attentive and personal in accommodating us. We appreciate both your genuine warmth and efforts. My low score reflects a question I was asked at the end of the stay, what was the purpose of the stay, and my reply was it was intended to be a relaxing weekend, but turnout to be one that had multiple issues. Relaxing it wasn't.

We stayed for 3D2N , No hot water on the 1st day of our stay. Something that shouldn't happen in the first place. However, it was solved on the next day. Appreciate it. Breakfast was so so. Not much choices and a rude chef. Treated very disrespectfully when even had to order an omelette. Waiter was good enough.

House keeping problems

Toilet water flow out until the bathroom. Bed cover pillow cover dirty and requested for change again. Dust and small rubbish all over floor carpet Room manager need to check house keeping staff works. So lazy and slow housekeeping team. Never answer intercom calls dragged front desk for house keeping assistants and after complaining 3 times then only housekeeping team come and fixed the issues. The worst ever house keeping team in response to customer issue regarding the room.

My second times stay in here but this time check in under my name, i come back because i love the bed that's so comfortable. 1st time having breakfast all the food was good but hope to see more variety of food. I didn't put rate 10 because my bathroom a bit smells when i arrived. Front desk really friendly overall recommend place to visit again.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The bed is comfortable and fluffy and i like the desk lamp. The shower door had hit the ceiling due to poor design / fitting. Please fix it. The pool and gym has also opened.

The room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable. When we entered into the room, although it was clean, but the was some odor. We are not sure of what but after the airconds are switched on, no more odor found. Overall it was a good stay.
