Hotel is very good and it's gym also very good gym is equipped with much more equipments and gym trainer Mr. Nilesh is very good trainer and very good person, they helped in exercise and explain how to do right exercise. Hotel staff is supportive and caring my overall experience with hotel is superb.

We hosted my daughter’s wedding at the Grand Mercure Ballroom at the Surya Palace in Vadodara. Guests and all of us had an amazing time. Service, Decor and food were of the highest quality. Authentic food taste for all the different cuisines we had won’t different meals. Serving staff was friendly and in particular live counter servers were doing nice job of attending to the guests. Highly recommend this venue as a one stop shop for event. You will get the right advice and all the support you will need to ensure that your function goes through as per your expectations. Animesh, our account manager was there at the every stage to guide and ensure that everything went smoothly. Extremely happy with the end to end experience!

We as a IDCM ,are fully satisfied with the staff service and their behavior..Mr.Ram babu Chaudhary managed the things very perfectly...Food was also good ..we enjoyed....In future we will definitely organise our CMEs.....thank you...

Good gym , and good pool ,gym trainer Nilesh is good and hospitable trainer , He taught me how to use the gym equipments,good hotel,good server's, Hotel food is excellent.ambience is really beautiful and stay was really comfortable and really peaceful

The food and swimming pool is good. It had many varieties. The room is also comfortable. The bed is cozy. The room is spacious. Mr. Nilesh gave a good assistance in gym workout. We'll explained the routines. He is well versed with gym activities. Good Job
