The facility met but did not exceed expectations. The hotel itself is old without a lot of updates. The food was fair at best as well as inconsistent. The coffee options were poor. I had an earlier start to the conference, it would have been nice to have 6-6:30 access to dining room coffee. The staff were pleasant and the location was good

Location was ideal for my current visit to Melbourne. Having stayed in a range of Mercure Hotels in Melbourne and regional locations in Vic and NSW, I was disappointed with the decor of the room. It felt tired and untidy. The staff were fantastic - engaging, helpful and courteous
