Attending staff, Alice, was friendly and approachable. As we arrived earlier, Alice was able to arrange for us to check-in to two rooms on arrival. She has also provided us with good suggestions on transport options and places of interest. Hotel is within walking proximity to the subway station and shopping centers.

This is a 4-star hotel, but providing 6-star service. The excellent service comes from the moment you arrived at 1st floor, and then you can find same excellent service from checkin counter, lounge in 26th floor, the restaurant staff and even the room-cleaning lady. The location is also very good: Metro is only 3 minutes walk away and you can find everything in the mall where the hotel is located. I have stayed in this hotel many times and this is my only choice when I go to Xian. The hotel does get my strong recommendation.

A comfortable, well appointed room. Excellent choice at breakfast. Helpful room service staff (room service menu in the room was not the same as that in the restaurant so there was some confusion when ordering food)

It is very difficult for foreigners to book the hotel if you already stay in China and don't speak Chinese

We spend 4 days in this hotel. Free upgrade to suite. check in was good but staff was a real poker face. no smile and no welcome for platimum member. Breakfast was fine. Overall, as a Novotel, i think is not bad.
