Only one employee working as concierge and house keeper and everything ... !! For example i asked for extra pillow and blanket the reply was we dont have the hotel is overloaded !!! Car parking is very difficult Elevator accommodate 2 persons 3 maximum .

Restaurant services and room cleanness need improvement

Once we arrived, We were welcomed with respectable team on receptions during all days of our stays, but our comments is that the room is not clean probably and cleaning services in not accurate and need more improvement and follow up from management , in addition the restaurant services is poor and quality of food is not matching our expectations ,the location of this hotel is in very good place.

Good stay, nice staff. I managed to stay 2 days at the hotel. The area is nice and walking distance to the corniche. I would recommend to open earlier the gym and the swimming pool as several guests would like to use it earlier in the morning.

I was impressed by all of the staff by their polite attitude, the room was comfortable in every way, the restaurant service was attentive and friendly with a variety of delicious dishes and a high speed WiFi. Easy access to parking and beautiful beach is close by. Would recommend to anyone staying in this hotel. This time conditioner was missing in bath room and a pencil and note pad near phone could help many like me.

Nice service. Resturant service menu can b better. Very less vegetarian option. Ordered veg pizza but it not even a average one and of bad taste. Hopefully things will be better in my next stay soon to Jeddah.

Employers aren’t professional they did not know whether the extra bed is free or Not and took him an hour to deliver it and very bad cleanliness I ordered a cup of coffee and the rouge of the last person who used it was still on it

I booked as normally as a brand you can rely on Mercure. Sadly not in this instance. The hotel is very dated. I am a fan of 80’s music but not decor. It is in real need of an update and a very deep clean and please renew the pillows.

I stayed in this Hotel a while back and it was a bit tired it's been updated and is now acceptable, staff are excellent, rooms are comfortable, food is good. The location id good for for meetings in the business district.

Smelled room “411”. The TV was not working. The staff is good and welcomed .The hotel was good before but now it’s quality is changed. It needs significant maintenance. I don’t think that I will back again.

Love it. Upgraded to junior suite which very nice and spacious. Great location, easy to get taxi & careem. Variety breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff especially at reception. Definitely will choose this hotel again whenever i’m in Jeddah.

This is not my first time to stay in Mercure Jeddah Alhamra, I even stayed in it the same time of the year, I mean in Ramadan. This time the Sohour Buffet was different, the buffet was mostly addressed to the Saudi guest, you have to put in your mind the diversity of your guests, I was not really happy about what I saw and so was my family. Not all your guests will be thrilled about Kabsa, rice, beef, lamb in a Sohour Buffet!. The room shower has very shallow depth, whenever anyone takes a shower, the water has to come out of the shower.

Great location with a walking distance to beach. My preferred accommodation. I enjoyed the quietness, the cleanliness and the professional and attentive staff. The reception staff super friendly and helpful and bonus upgrade to our room. The restaurant menu looked very tempting while enjoying our breakfast. A free and easy parking provided by the hotel and Wi-Fi speed is appreciable. I highly recommend this hotel to both business and traveling guests.

Fast and bad stay

This is not the first time I stay in this hotel , the room they gave me was smelling bad . Traces of water leakage on the wall and in the ceiling . I turned on the ac and smell of humidity . Not a good experience

I really enjoyed my stay, great value and was surprised to find an iron/stand in the room. Staff were very courteous & polite even while I waited in the lobby after a delayed check-out since my flight was delayed.... recommend considering facilities of an airport transfer and charge for the same.

Politeness of staff is worth mentioning. Centrally placed area and walking distance to beach is an added advantage.. Hotel is clean and maintains the standard of cleanliness . Food hygiene is up to the mark. A pen or pencil facility in the room could be helpful at times !
