PALM RESTAURANT

El restaurante Palm, situado en la zona de vestíbulo, sirve desayunos, almuerzos y cenas y ofrece capacidad para un máximo de 80 comensales. Suculento menú de inspiración árabe e internacional con amplia selección de refrescos, zumos y postres.

Nuestros alojamientos

Nuestras habitaciones cuentan con un lujoso diseño y magníficos acabados con cama de matrimonio, plancha con tabla de planchar, cafetera, acceso a Internet WIFI, caja fuerte, etc. Habitaciones en la cuarta planta con vistas al mar Rojo. Las suites Junior de nuestro hotel Mercure cuentan con sala de estar y dormitorio con nuevo diseño y nuevo mobiliario que incluye cafetera, plancha con tabla de planchar, caja fuerte, acceso a Internet WIFI, rociadores antiincendios, etc.

when are you going to renovate the hotel ?

It was for a business trip, the location is good, the employees were very professional and attentive but the property is outdated and will need of total refurbishment. The bathroom was very small even though it was a junior suite

Second time, Wonderful service

It is my second time in this hotel, first one was after the lockdown I was served the breakfast in my room. This time they remembered me and they gave me a nice room with a unique view - overlooking the sea- although the hotel is faraway from the sea, but you can still see it from the room. Breakfast buffet this time was very tasting with lots of variety and Saudi traditional Eid breakfast items Thank you Mercure for your service & special treatment I’ll definitely comeback again and I’ll recommend you for family & friends

Worth hotel ever

Check in was very slow. The room was small with very poor quality Curtain not working, no wifi no TV working I was moved to another room because the TV & wifi Were supposed to work .... wrong ... Slept in this dump until the morning when I found a cock roach walking on the desk ..... Immediate check out

I spent a weekend there during the month Of March. Hotel is nicely located - quiet district although it is hard sometimes to find a suitable car parking - hotel parking is full and same goes for the surrounding Room is spacious - I have booked an executive suite 2 bedrooms- it is perfectly suitable for a family of 4 Cozy Restaurant - matching with hotel size- breakfast buffet was included in the price. Variety is OK Lobby is a bit small, they have a fitness with a covered swimming pool - tiny one - Building apparently is old… furniture in rooms , lobby & restaurants are exhausted and need to be changed Overall the hotel with its prices & services is worth to stay I do recommend it for families I’ll come back again

La verdad es como casi todo lo que he provado en Saudi, es muy occidental, comida de todo tipo y el alchol prohibido. pero se puede disfrutar de un ambiente trankilo.... el pais es muy raro, pero se ahcen negocios.
