No hot water. Not clean. The staff are very curious. Plumbing is not good. Water does not go into the drain in the shower. The walls are not clean. The elevators are used by the workers constantly. You can hear your neighbors in the next room. The doors are slammed with a strong noise when your neighbors close the door.

Everything was perfect, except the gym! You should upgrade everything in the gym, all was bad, the dumbbells , cycle , treadmill and the most of the other consoles not working.

Only one employee working as concierge and house keeper and everything ... !! For example i asked for extra pillow and blanket the reply was we dont have the hotel is overloaded !!! Car parking is very difficult Elevator accommodate 2 persons 3 maximum .

We had a nice time during our staycation. The staff has been accommodating, especially Ms Elisa from the reservations department. Their GM has also been very kind for letting us use the pool. The room where we stayed was clean and tidy but the refrigerator wasn't working, we also called the reception for housekeeping at around 4pm and was told that they will be there in a few minutes but two hours passed by and nobody came so we called back and the receptionist told us that there's no more housekeeping at that certain hour.
