The negatively i have is that the towels in the room that were grey smelt like the pool towels. The white towels were ok but i dont think you should have pool towels in the rooms. Had to keep asking every day for a flannel and hand towel. These should be in the room anyway. Some outdoor fans would help in the outside dinning area.

The room was well-maintained. Front office staff was prompt with room requests and professional in the discharge of their service. Housekeeping is efficient. However, I think it's important to provide guests with clean towels as some smelled musty and were in need of a change. I ask for a late check-out and was granted for only one of the rooms. Considering how compact the room is, it would have been better having both rooms with a late check-out. Afterall, the hotel was experiencing a low occupancy rate at that time.

Quite well; breakfast a bit disappointing not in term of quantity but products selected. Gym should be open 24/7 Staff friendly and helpful I have been downgraded from balcony room to superior room while balcony was paid full without any compensation in terms of service. Why number of towels between the 2 rooms are different and provided items (i.e: no shower cap in superior room)

Personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. Staff such as Ayu at front desk help to ensure that I was very satisfied when booking transport and checking out. Only issue with the hotel is the traffic jam accessing the location.

stay a lot. breakfast is substandard. but suppose not paying for good breakfast. staff friendly. location is great for me. great restaurants around area and easy to get gojek. rooms are very comfortable.

It was ok. My daughter got very sick and the staff were very nice and helpful, especially a woman at front desk - Indra (?). She was especially lovely the whole trip. The cleaners had an unfortunate job and I do apologise again. There does not seem to be much used in cleaning products in Bali in general (not just ibis), toilets are clearly not cleaned with detergents (toilet duck), disinfectants, bleaches.

this property is in an excellent location with many popular cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. pool is quite small and so is the gym, but for the price and location i would definitely stay here again.
