I just stayed for a night. All was fine but the restaurant had nothing special and was less than ok.

Stay was really good and safe. Some services are really good such as I have been given an iron when asked, an adapter for plug point , wake up call etc. But I would like to bring to your kind attention about certain things what I experienced during my stay. One is I didn’t find a security person in front of the hotel lobby in the early morning 6am of October 30th Wednesday .Only one receptionist was there in the desk and he was not aware of the fact that I was standing just in front of the hotel lobby outside and taking photos of the sunrise and suddenly a group of drunken guys came in a car and they were screaming and shouting at me, one huge guy even jumping out of the car to grab me. I was really shocked and have to move from there, literally saying ran back to my room as I felt unsafe outside my room. Another thing I found is there is no proper service of normal drinking water to the rooms, as we have to go to the reception and get it in a bottle which I wasn’t able to as I didn’t bring a bottle with me. It is also difficult to have food from restaurant as I have to ask what each one is to the waiter as he knows only Portuguese and he helped me with the google translator .The serving guys in the restaurant have a nice attitude though they don’t know English.

The room is beautiful, but the cleanliness is poor. The room was dirty and it smelled bad. The lighting disturbed sleep and made us wake up earlier, but the location and structure of the hotel are worth it.

I really enjoyed my stay — your staff could not have been nicer, and the room was very nice with an extremely comfortable bed. I would like to raise your relationship with the on-site restaurant, which is obviously independently operated, as an area for improvement. The staff at the restaurant, like those at the hotel, were absolutely wonderful. But your operating relationship with them doesn't work seamlessly. When I ordered room service, I was surprised to be asked for immediate payment — I have never experienced that in any other hotel worldwide. Moreover, this meant that the restaurant employee had to return with the receipt. Another example is the lack of catering at your wonderful and popular pool area. There is no bar staff available by the pool, there not even a phone available to call them — just a Whatsapp number that was not monitored. So in my view, the one change you could make that would improve the experience at your hotel would be to integrate your relationship with the restaurant much more.

Some objects was missed to arrive such as bathrobes, spillers and hair deter. The hotel has justified the misses because this room was not allow this items. But the hotel has provided it quickly and the stay was very nice.

Hotel was good overall, but, for the fare, and not including the breakfast, I found that not good at all. I have stayed in hotels like these around the world and for the standards offered they include the breakfast. Also, the day I arrived the guy on the reception told me that to include an additional guest to the room was for 105 reais. The next day, I asked to another guy to double check this same information, one guy with lenses, don`t remember the name, it was not Thiago, was another. And he told me that he did not know, that had to ask his manager, one hour passed and he did not know yet, he told me that was about to ask and leave the information with the personal for the afternoon shift. I arrived with my girlfriend and asked the information to a lady, she told me with no problem that the fare was 105 reais. Why that guy did not give the right information, I think because he only did not care, he knew it, but just ignored the request. For sure when I get back, you will be no my option to stay.

Very good place to stay. I was at an event in Olympic Park at Barra da Tijuca and it was very closer. Loved the hotel, breakfast and dinner too expensive and not so many varieties.

I did not have a good experience at the hotel for many reasons, but i will highlight here the most importants. First, the custom service is very weak. For example, I had to carry 8 bags byself, afterall, i went their accompied with 4 other guests and 3 dogs (there was only one guy to valet cars AND help customers). Second, my pre order payment was not returned. For instance, i remembered that, only after notice that order on my credit recepeit. And that´s why, in my opinion, my experience there was lower than my expectations.

We went in family to Rio because my wife was going to run Rio Marathon 2019. We booked this hotel and our stay was great. Located just in front of Rio's Olimpic Park and Jacarepaguá lagoon, has a nice view, excellent access by large roads, near Barra da Tijuca and Recreio beaches. Hotel is very well decorated and service and restaurants are excellent for a fair price. Employees like Bruno and Eduardo treated us very gently and took care of all our necessities.
