Pullman Liverpool 4 stars

If you are visiting the M&S Bank Arena you can't get closer. Nice hotel with decent breakfast and bar. Rooms have huge beds but I wasn't keen on the sliding door on the bathroom. I prefer a proper door. Slight negative point is there ard only 2 lifts which causes delays at times but certainly worth recommending.

Stayed for a weekend at this hotel, it's a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. W only had bar snacks and breakfast but both were good. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was an ideal location for work. The hotel is sold as luxury and in honesty it felt tired - the room was not in the greatest condition, grout off colour, the shower head coated in limescale, carpets stained and wallpaper that was peeling. The hotel not having dedicated parking was not ideal and became fairly expensive if needing to make trips away from the hotel. However the staff were welcoming, warm and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast was of a high quality and the teams seem well led. I would in future be likely to look at alternative hotels within the city centre that include parking and more updated rooms. That being said l wouldn’t rule out staying at the hotel again.

We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a very professional and pleasant young man on the desk, once checked in our room was beautiful as with the rest of the hotel, you can really tell the fixtures and fittings are top notch. Our room surfaces were quite dusty but the bed didn't seem to be as I would have suffered if it was. Breakfast was poor unfortunately with lots of staff standing around on phones etc, yogurts were warm cups dirty and dusty as these along with glasses are stowed on open shelves up right, which seems rather silly as you will always have dust in them, the hot food was not very good either. We didn't bother with breakfast after our second night which we had in our booking. However I would be happy to return here as all in all we had a wonderful stay.

2 night stay including breakfast, food was fantastic, all staff welcoming and friendly. Our room was on the top floor and came with fantastic views of the city, the room was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely book again!
