Lobby AC too hot

Booked a duluxe room for a staycation. We appreciatd the space that the room offered. However, three bad points from the stay: - Not sure why the fridge isn't working. When I asked the staff (Raka was the staff that answered my response) about the fridge and he answered that most of the fridge isnt working and recommended to put it on the fridge at the coffee shop - Found a broken paint work at the room. Its small but very unprofessional - Slow internet connection with no LAN connector? Seriously?

I stayed for 9 days and had moved few times for rooms and find : Many small ants in the rooms Many cockroaches in 1 of the room Breakfast not nice at all

I can’t help but notice the marks on the bolster cover, the inside of the kettle, and few other things. The inexistent of proper shampoo also saddened me.. I am quite sure I am not coming back..

First, when checking in, the receptionist was not friendly at all, no greetings, no hospitality, not even a welcome drink or whatsoever. Even when we had a misunderstanding about a voucher, he only said "it is a company rule" and refusing to explain any further. Totally ruining the mood with his unwelcoming attitude. Second, we ordered a family room, room is quite spacious and the sofa room is also nice (using it for work). But the cleanliness was very poor (no "sanitized" label on our door), dirt and cobweb in most of the corners, ants also invade most of the table. Our room also has no outdoor clear window, so no outside view for the room at all. The wifi connection was also awful. Third, quite annoyed with the surroundings sound, next to my room is a hallway for employee (or something similar), it is really noisy even at night and early morning. Don't understand what they are doing there. Well in my honest opinion, this ibis styles sunter don't live up to their name, since we had much better experience on ibis in the other place. Will definitely reconsider if we needed to stay here again.

This is our second times stay in Ibis Style Sunter. We booked Junior Suite Room in Ibis Style Sunter for 1 night and we really enjoy stay here. Room was spacious with 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Sofa. Children were very happy and played in the room. This hotel had very good health protocol. It was fun and amazing experince for our staycation during pandemic
