We had been there for 3 nights, everything was good, they were very polite and friendly, especially Burk who was a kind person.There were some small problems as well. We had booked for 3 person, they brought an extra bed but there wasn’t fit for 3 Adult person and also i booked a twin room but they told me you have booked for first floor not high floor. There is no option to choose an specific floor, so i am unhappy with these two problems.Breakfast good. Very easy to access Taksim Sq.
