For years I have been guest at Ibis hotels in Brazil but never had to take my food in the reception when I request from the hotel's kitchen. The tray from dinner stays in my room for one entire day and when people from cleaning took it out the same tray stays just beside the elevator for 24 hours (!?!?!?) Maybe because was during the weekend but nothing such this was a practice in another sites where I stayed.

The room is small, and the layout doesn't help. Room and bathroom were not very clean.

The room is good to stay for a night or two. But to stay longer than 15 days or spend some more time it's not very good anymore because everything I'm going to do I need to go down to reception. For me the interesting thing is one with a kitchen

The room was extremely small, the night lights by the bed literally hang on top of your head, so when you get up you keep hitting your head on the bed. The shower took 30 minutes with the water on until it got warmer, and the staff was rude and unfriendly.

As usual, Ibis offered a good stay. But, even under restrictions because of Covid, cleaning shouldn´t go beyond 2 days.. I mean, I understand the risks and everything else to do not clean the room everyday, but it shouldn´t mean the whole weekend off cleaning. Everything else was fine, as usual.

Good but you cant connect hdmi to the TV

You cant reach the TV Hdmi which leaves you with the only option ,which is watching whatever open tv has to offer at te day and time

I had a great experience during my stay at Ibis São Bernardo. The hotel is kept very clean and adapted to this pandemic time. The room was clean and comfortable and I had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. The staff was very kind and helpful and assisted me in any additional thing I needed. Breakfast has a good variety. Hotel is very well located in front of a shopping mall.
