- very Instagramable interior design - great cleanliness - comfortable bed - good water pressure Stayed here for a night, checked in at 830pm, concierge very helpful to recommend some restaurants, and tried to help me to make reservations. I stayed in the Studio Room. Very spacious and comfortable!

adelaidesummer Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Booked being an Accor member... Absolutely amazing hotel. It's a great location, just a block from the ferry terminal to Waiheke.. Staff was so friendly, and the concierge was great with suggestions for what to do on a rainy day... Must visit the rooftop bar, even just for a drink ... Only negatives: Aircondioning was on a timer, shut off in the middle of the night, so woke up hot. Had to get up and turn back on... Also, on the third day, the room was not made up when returned at 4pm.. It's not a big issue, but used towels were on the floor, need replacing, and bed needed to be remade....

Much much better. Felt there had been some great changes since last time we stayed. Staff were professional and helpful. Room service was quick and in stock this time. Breakfast was great! Really nice selection!

We stayed at SO/ for our wedding anniversary. As always we had an incredible stay. The staff are kind and make us feel so welcome there. We love the view, the spacious and comfy rooms, and tasty kai. We also had spa treatments at the beginning of our stay which was a great way to start our long weekend. Thank you SO!
